This project reimagines user acceptance testing for a clinical trial platform by designing an intelligent automation framework that transforms manual, time-intensive processes into streamlined workflows. Through user-centred design and automated testing, we eliminated resource bottlenecks, reduced cross-team dependencies, and create self-service capabilities that empower study teams to deliver trials faster without compromising quality.
