For Vodafone Trade-in, I was responsible for overseeing the UX of the company’s digital platform, conducting user research, prototyping, and iterating on designs to optimise the trade-in process. As part of my role, I also embarked on a I embarked on a detailed re-design project to understand what a truly ‘best–in-class’ trade- in experience might look like for our customers.
